| An Effective Member must be author of two research manuscripts, minimum, in the field of Neurosciences, published in per-reviewed journals cited in Science Citation Index. A new Effective Member will be introduced by two Effective or Founder members. |

| The minimum requirement to became an Adherent Member is the manifestation of personal interest in the field of Neurosciences. A new Adherent Member will be introduced by one Effective or Founder Member. |

| The admission and withdrawal of SPN Members are discussed and accepted in the General Assembly. |
